SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is free to all of our shipping destinations on orders over £150.
Orders under this amount are charged at a flat rate of £15.

DUTIES & TAXES

Customs duties and taxes are not included at checkout and will be charged according to the regulations of each country, to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

SHOPPED PIECES FROM MULTIPLE BRANDS?

Please note that we work with different brands. If you place a multi-brand order, you will not always receive your items at the same time and in the same package. You may receive multiple shipment notification emails to track the status of individual items.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Some of our brands have taken approach by offering made-to-order pieces. In this case, the production time may vary from a few days to a few weeks. While dispatch time may vary by brand and by product, your piece(s) will be with you within the agreed time frame wherever possible. To find out the exact dispatch time of the product you wish to order, we recommend that you contact us after reviewing each product's page before completing your order.

DELIVERY TIME:

In-stock products normally can be delivered within 7-12 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link in which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
